This place is pretty awesome. Across the board for all staff, including the doctor. I’ve never had this happen before, but this one lady that works there I think her name is Terri; gave me a foot massage the whole time I was getting my tooth extracted. Five stars hands-down.

Mel was super nice, professional, and thorough with explanations! I had 40,000 mile service and bought 4 new tires with an alignment. The price was very fair and the service was very fast!

My experience with the manager at Houma Toyota was a very positive experience when I brought my car in for its 5,000 mile service. His knowledge was needed for an issue I was having with the cruise control on my car. He checked everything out and made certain I was aware that anything on the cameras could affect the operation of the cruise control. It all worked out in the end and I was very grateful for his input.

Jackie & Ryan are a team that can't be topped. It took 3 visits to figure out where a noise was coming from on the front passenger side of a new vehicle that sounded like an air leak. It ended up be a loose part on the side view mirror. They were patient through the entire process and got the problem resolved. Cody in sales was also very polite & helpful in setting me up with a vehicle so I could go back & forth to work while my vehicle was being serviced.

Did not order correct part. Spent 5 hours waiting

TERRIBLE and I mean it. First, I came to the service shop with my car working, running everything is perfect; I get my car back and it doesn’t start they say my battery is messed up. I came here for an oil change and tire rotation and I get my car not being able to start, 325$ for a new battery. Secondly, I think no way can this get worse, new battery all the bad stuff is over i think. NO! I get my car back with my mat thrown to the back of my car, mind you I just have went to the beach so I have sand in my mat! So they just throw your belongings wherever it’s convenient with no regard that it is your car. Horrific service do not recommend Bowdee Felarise is the technicians name.

This place will fabricate repairs, they put tires on three years ago, 50,000 mile tires with 25,000 miles on them and they want to change the tires because if “dry rot” which was caused buy the environment in south Louisiana! They want to change the brake pads on this 2019 Camery for $750, really! They seem to be very desperate. I would not bring your vehicle there for anything! I’m won’t be back!
