“ At other Toyota service areas, you are greeted in your car, when you pull up. It is a very welcoming experience. But not in Houma. Also, I was charged for another person’s bill. Then once my invoice was found, I paid for that as well. That process of paying for service needs to be reviewed. Now I have to wait 3-7 days to get my money back on my card for that transaction. I definitely will not be returning to Houma Toyota for anything. ”

“ I have been doing business with the dealership for over 10 years and prior to this experience I have always been totally satisfied. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My service representative, who I have had dealings with before and was always fine, was not cooperative, argumentative and rude. I simply want the mechanic to check for a possible worn wheel bearing. I was willing to pay another 150.00 for the diagnostic. She went into this long explanation about the mechanic and how he used his own expensive tools etc. I explained to her that I was in the hospital in Lafayette with my sick son and I just wanted the mechanic to test drive my car and check for a worn bearing, I trusted his expertise as a mechanic. She continued to push me for details. I explained to her that I was getting aggravated and I would pay to just have the mechanic check it. I finally had to tell her I was hanging up because I was too frustrated to continue this conversation. Three days and 3000.00 plus dollars later I got my car back and it did have a worn wheel bearing that needed replacement. I feel like there was no need to put me through that kind of stress for a service I am paying for. ”

“ TERRIBLE and I mean it. First, I came to the service shop with my car working, running everything is perfect; I get my car back and it doesn’t start they say my battery is messed up. I came here for an oil change and tire rotation and I get my car not being able to start, 325$ for a new battery. Secondly, I think no way can this get worse, new battery all the bad stuff is over i think. NO! I get my car back with my mat thrown to the back of my car, mind you I just have went to the beach so I have sand in my mat! So they just throw your belongings wherever it’s convenient with no regard that it is your car. Horrific service do not recommend Bowdee Felarise is the technicians name. ”

“ This place will fabricate repairs, they put tires on three years ago, 50,000 mile tires with 25,000 miles on them and they want to change the tires because if “dry rot” which was caused buy the environment in south Louisiana! They want to change the brake pads on this 2019 Camery for $750, really! They seem to be very desperate. I would not bring your vehicle there for anything! I’m won’t be back! ”
