Wanted to put about $10,000 on a credit card. To pay it off when the check cleared. Finance manager said Greg LeBlanc only lets buyers put $2000. On a credit card. That put an hold on the deal. Luckily the bank didn't put an hold on the check for 10 to 14 days, and was able to go in the next evening to close the car deal. But when it came to getting numbers, they will not give you accurate information. I was told that only one lender would approve me, and come to find out months later I found out that my own bank and a credit union had approvals for me from that same day with interest rates 6 and 8 percent lower. So they lied to our face, saying only one lender approved us when I have proof of other approval quotes that they sent out the day I went to go purchase. I do not want to deal with a place that lies and will manipulate numbers and quotes, where only they win. Speaks so bad on the business, these times are getting harder, so therefore businesses should be looking to help their customers, not lie and rip them off. I love toyota, but I will go to another toyota dealer that is not them for my next purchase. ”
“ We called Greg LeBlanc Toyota ready to purchase a 4Runner, only to be told they won’t sell to out-of-state buyers. Apparently, they only sell to locals to “keep vehicles in-state.” I’ve never heard anything like that—turning away a guaranteed sale simply because of where the customer lives. A sale is a sale, right? This policy makes absolutely no sense and left a terrible impression. If you’re not a Louisiana resident, don’t waste your time. Avoid this place. ”
“ Contacted dealership while shopping for new Tacoma. Salesman Ross Duhon and I communicated via text/email, once I made offer I was ghosted by Mr Duhon, he no longer responded to any attenpts I made to contact him, its obvious his goal was to make as much money as possible and had no intention to settle for anything less. Forced to go to another dealer and a few days later I purchased a Tacoma the salesman was professional and the process was fair and respectful. ”
“ I bought a used Ford F-150 pickup truck that was supposedly “serviced, and checked out and in great shape. Pictures all looked great, the Car Fax report was good. It was raining when I picked it up, and already dark. You couldn’t tell if it had any scratches or not. The sales person assured me several times that it only has one place that love bugs had messed up the paint and an easy fix. When I drove it home, 3 hours away, it was raining but the next day the wipers wouldn’t turn off. I had to pull the fuse to stop it. The oil was low and has not been changed, the inside was dirty, the wiper fluid was low, the anti freeze was almost empty in the radiator, just a mess. The motor has a tapping sound and the front tires were wore out. They sold me a warranty and they told me it covered ALL tires for the life of the contract, but that’s not true. The water pump was messed up, the O-rings leaked where the water pump is located. The warranty won’t answer if it will cover anything and they sure don’t cover tires UNLESS, it’s a blowout or tire comes apart, another lie. Overall, the whole dealership from sales to service are dishonest, unethical and sloppy and lazy about handling their business! I would give them a worse review if they had a zero to add! ”
“ I purchased a used car from them at the end of September. The day I took the car home it was acting up. Which days prior to then I had test drove the car. I didn't drive but a block with the salesman, but everything seemed to be fine with the car. The first week after I had the car the A/C went out. I changed the entire infotainment system which they claimed would solve these issues, but they did not. I ended up having to change the whole A/C compressor. The car also vibrated on acceleration at times which they said the car sat for 3 months because an old man had owned it, so they put fuel stabilizer in the tank which did not solve the problem. I brought it to Trapp Cadillac not far down the road from them and they are saying a possible torque converter problem. Not to mention I'm having to replace the rear differential and cv axles in the rear end and hub bearings because all those have gone bad. I've made 2 payments on this car and done had to put 4,000$ out of pocket to get my car fixed. These people obviously do not inspect their cars thoroughly or their mechanics don't know what they are doing. I cannot believe they would sell people a vehicle like this. I highly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. ”
“ Do not recommend the service department. A transmission seal job usually requires transmission fluid to be topped off afterwards. ”
“ Bad service dept. It's a money racket. Paid a total of $1200.00 for repair, and left with the same exact problem. I brought it back, they want to charge me another $150.00 diagnosis fee, and if they break something while fixing it, I will have to pay for that too. Go somewhere else. ”
“ Parts department Giving us a hard time in returning a highlander key fob that I brought for my wife when she lost her key fob but eventually found her lost key before the newly bought key fob was programmed. ”
“ PSA to all GR Corolla owners. I cannot speak to other car owners but I will say do not go to this dealer for oil changes. Dealer wanted to put oil that was for a normal 4 cylinder toyota. Same viscosity but lacked the GF 6A rating which is required by Toyota as shown in the attached owner’s manual. See attached benefits that the GF 6A rating provides. I am still confused as to why the dealer of all places would put the incorrect oil in your car…I do not understand this. May not destroy the engine immediately but will not provide the protection it needs. I asked the parts department for the oil they would use and it does not specify the GF 6A. If the bottle is rated for that spec it would be on the label. They said that in their system it shows just regular 0-20W but the owner’s manual says 0-20W GF 6A. Oil cap even had that specific rating as well. Spoke to another dealer and they said it’s supposed to be GF 6A. When I bought the car Sales was great. Service was a bummer. Only costs me $50 to change my own oil with the correct spec but it was nice to get the dealer to do it. Or so I thought. GF 6 was approved in 2020. I can’t believe they want to put an outdated oil spec in the car…an oil spec that has been approved for almost 5 years. I rejected the service for obvious reasons. I care about my car and I have an extended warranty on top of the factory that I’d rather not void bc the dealer wants to…correct oil part number is 0888013205 ”

“ This is a dealership that hires employees that have no interest in helping customers. I have an extended warranty from Toyota, and brought my car to a Toyota dealership to use the warranty from Toyota, and immediately the service provider says they can’t help, before even looking at the warranty or trying to call, instead of trying to help at all they just said “no”. I immediately left to find someone else because I can see the amount of useless this person is going to be, and even the manager that I found said it sounded like they were being lazy but they couldn’t help me. I have still not heard back from a manager and doubt I will, so this is a fair warning to everyone, either don’t purchase these extended warranties because they don’t honor them or boycott Toyota for trying to be crooked in this matter and not accepting a warranty that they have every obligation to honor, so long as the repair and condition are defined within the contract as being covered. THERE IS A REASON GREG LEBLANC TOYOTA IS NOT BBB (BETER BUSINESS BUREAU) accredited, they are NOT honest people and I would strongly advise against wasting your time at their location, or even worse being taken advantage of ”
